Return Policy
Any product that may have been damaged during shipping may be exchanged for a replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. Please call or write us to inform us of the error. We will send you a self-addressed envelope for you to return the product to us at no charge. Upon receipt of the damaged product, Organic Balance will ship out your new product at no additional charge to you, the customer.
Auto Refill Policy
Our Auto Refill Program is a great way to automatically receive a new shipment of your favorite products every month. When you sign up for this Program your credit card will be billed each month and your product shipped to you. You can cancel this program at any time by calling, emailing, or mailing us a letter of cancellation.
